DAPODIK Web Service Integration & Data Mapping ​

1. Synchronization Architecture ​

ScholarGate Identity integrates directly with local DAPODIK Web Services to synchronize school organizational structures and member profiles:

  • Sync Targets: Peserta Didik (Students), PTK (Teachers and Staff), Rombongan Belajar (Class Groups), and User Accounts.
  • Asynchronous Health Check: AJAX connection testing with a 6-second timeout (AbortController) prevents dashboard freezing when DAPODIK web services are offline.
  • Cross-Validation Reporting: Real-time audit reports flagging NIK, NISN, or NIP discrepancies between DAPODIK and SSO database records.

2. Automated Class Promotion & Teacher Mapping ​

  • Automatic Class Progression: Bulk promotion rules advancing grade levels automatically at the start of new academic years (e.g., Grade X $ ightarrow$ Grade XI $ ightarrow$ Grade XII).
  • Homeroom Teacher Assignment: Automatic UUID-based homeroom teacher assignment synced from DAPODIK assignments.
  • Natural Class Sorting: Natural alphanumeric sorting algorithm ordering classes intuitively (X-1, X-2, XI-MIPA-1, XII-IPS-2).
